| There are eight points that the Bible gives on how to get answers to prayer. I just want to share this for those who are skeptical about prayer. If we ask God for the right reasons, he will answer our prayers. If it seems as though you are not getting an answer, you may be looking in the wrong place or just keep asking, He may be testing your faith. The eight points to getting answers to prayer are listed below. There are Bible verses with each point. If you do not have a Bible there are several sites on the net that provides one on line. I like biblegateway.com. http://biblegateway.com. This section is not intended for Bible study. I only included this one because it is about prayer and for those who don't understand how prayer works.
1. God invites us to seek Him (Luke 11:13; Matthew 7:11; Psalms 65:2; Mark 11:23, 24) [list=2] 2. Surrender your life to God's will. Be willing to get rid of any thing that is harmful [not in harmony with Gods will] in your life. (1 John 5:14, 15, Matthew 26:39) [list=3] 3. Bring to God anything that troubles you or concerns you in any way (1 Peter 5:7; Psalms 55:22) [list=4] 4. Mingle praise, gratitude and thanksgiving with all your prayers. Note:If you think that you have nothing to be thankful for, here's and example; think about what you do have, materialistic or non-materialistic, and be thankful for that. Give praise and gratitude to God for providing it for you. (Philippians 1:4, Colossians 3:15-17; 1 Thessalonians 5:18 [list=5] 5. The purpose of prayer is to lead us to be one with the mind of God and to have the deepest fellowship with Him. (Revelation 3:20, Ephesians 3:16-19) [list=6] 6. Find a quiet place to pray and seek Him each day with your whole heart. (Mark 1:35; Jeremiah 29:13) [list=7] 7. Learn to pray out loud where only God can here you (Matthew 26:39; Luke 11:1) [list=8] 8. Record God's answer and rehearse His blessings (Deuteronomy 8:2; 1 Chronicles 16:12)_________________ Thea MoletteThis is an incredible, all-natural liquid supplement containing nearly every daily nutrient required for robust health -- all in a single, concentrated, easy-to-swallow, delicious, peach-flavored, one-ounce dose.
