| I use the Swiss exercise ball about two times a week, I walk two times a week, I dance two times a week and I do light yoga almost every night. I like to keep a verity in my exercise program because I get board easy. With my Swiss exercise ball I have a program I follow on DVD, it is called "Core Secrets Give me 20." There are two exercise programs on this video. One is very easy and the other is more challenging. I do the easy one for now. The easy one was specially designed for Brook Burke so she can keep up with her exercise while she is out shooting movies. It's great for those who don't have a lot of time. If you would like to get one for yourself you can do a search on the net, they're out there.
When I dance I just dance, there is no special program. I do it to pop, rock and any thing that has a groovy sound or an up beat sound. I've been thinking about adding one of Richard Simmons programs to my dance exercise. With my yoga, I just do stretches that work my tensest muscles. Like my lower back, my hips and the backs of my thighs mostly. Those are the places I am the tightest. I do, do stretches for other areas as well, but I concentrate mostly on my tightest areas. As for walking I just walk. _________________ Thea MoletteThis is an incredible, all-natural liquid supplement containing nearly every daily nutrient required for robust health -- all in a single, concentrated, easy-to-swallow, delicious, peach-flavored, one-ounce dose.
