| Dear Father in heaven, please give me the strength and the power to do what it takes to loose weight and get healthy. I know I can't do this on my own. I need motivation mostly, Lord. Help me to get motivation. I also pray, Dear Father, that people will join this program. I pray that you will lead people to get the support they need to get fit.
